Delivery

Delivery is free on every order to the UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, with no minimum. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave us the same day; everything else goes out the next working day. Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days of despatch; the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand take 5–10 working days. You get a tracking link by email.

A tighter stomach in 30 days — or your money back.

Wear your TONARO ring 10 minutes a day. If your stomach isn’t tighter within 30 days of delivery, message us with your order number and we refund you in full to your original payment method within 5 working days. Keep the ring — you don’t send anything back.

Separately, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
