This policy covers the Starly star projector.

Starly — the 60-Night Promise

Use your Starly every night. If it hasn’t turned your evenings into something you look forward to within 60 nights of delivery, email loominouscontact@gmail.com with your order number and we refund you in full. You keep the projector — nothing needs to be sent back.

Your statutory right to cancel

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel the order. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Refunds

We refund to the original payment method within 5 working days of your email.

Damaged or wrong items

Email a photograph within 14 days of delivery and we send a replacement or refund the order in full, whichever you prefer.

Earlier orders

Orders placed before 21 September 2026 keep the promise and the return window they were sold with.
