These terms apply when you buy from this store (Starly), operated by EDCOMMERCE LIMITED, company registration number 78809436, Unit 2A, 17/F Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy Central, Hong Kong. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm despatch. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, or a price has been listed in error — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is free on every order. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

The product

This store sells the Starly star projector — a small USB projector with interchangeable picture discs, in bundles of 1, 2 or 4 projectors. Product photographs are as accurate as we can make them.

Using Starly safely

Starly is a decorative projector and night light. Do not look straight into the lens while it is switched on, keep it away from water, and supervise young children when they use it.

Returns and cancellation

Starly comes with a 60-night money-back promise. Your statutory 14-day right to cancel applies separately. See our refund policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
