Free UK delivery on every order, 90 nights to change your mind, and free return postage if you do.
Delivery
Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend and nothing added at checkout.
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave us the same day; everything else goes out the next working day. Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days of despatch, and you get an email with a tracking link as soon as yours is on its way.
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
The 90-night trial
Sleep in it. Wash it. Take it away with you. If it is not right for you, email loominouscontact@gmail.com any time inside 90 nights of delivery and we will send you a prepaid returns label.
Return postage is on us. You do not pay to send it back, and you do not need the original packaging — just something that will protect it in the post.
Refunds
We refund to the card you paid with, in full, within 5 working days of the mask reaching us. How quickly it appears on your statement after that depends on your bank.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Email us a photograph within 14 days of delivery. We send a replacement or refund the order in full, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to return the original.
Your statutory rights
Separately from our trial, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel the order. Our 90-night trial is more generous and runs alongside it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
